What if I am running late?
Returning on time is essential so that the next customer can pick up their trailer on time. If you run into difficulties, please let us know early via WhatsApp so that we can find a quick solution together.
Forgot the code?
You get the access code for the hitch lock at pickup, after filling in and sending the pickup form – by email and text message. If anything goes wrong, contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
Trailer faulty or damaged?
Please contact us straight away. We will try to arrange a replacement trailer – but we cannot guarantee one. If no replacement is available, you will of course get a full refund.
Pickup and return at flexible times?
Pickups and returns are possible 24/7. Park the trailer safely and confirm the return using the web form (link in your email). Latest return: 23:59 on the last rental day.
