What fits on the tilting trailer?

One trailer for motorcycles and for bulky equipment. Choose your object and check in seconds whether weight, length and width fit.

260 × 155 cm loading area500 kg payload, tilting13° ramp angle

The short answer

The tilting trailer has a 260 × 155 cm loading area, a 500 kg payload and a ramp angle of only 13°. So it is not only for motorcycles, but also for quads, ride-on mowers and cargo bikes – anything that would be hard to heave over a high edge. We mean a car trailer (on the tow hitch), not a bicycle trailer. Pick your object below, and the check tests your specific dimensions.

Motorcycles & two-wheelers

The core: practically every single road motorcycle fits, from a light naked bike to a heavy touring machine. Scooters and Vespas anyway, and with the three permanently fitted chocks several two-wheelers at once, too, if their combined weight and width allow it.

Check motorcycle fit

Not just motorcycles

The same tilting loading area is suitable for other equipment. A check of the dimensions is especially worth it here, because width or length reach the limit sooner than weight.

Light compact tractors often fit by weight, heavy municipal/fully equipped tractors (large Kubota/Iseki models) exceed the 500 kg payload. Mobility scooters are the wrong case (they usually have a trailer of their own). If in doubt, just ask us.

Why one trailer is enough for so much

The key is the tilting design: the loading area tips towards the ground, so the ramp angle drops to only 13°. What you would otherwise have to lift over a steep edge rolls or drives up a flat ramp instead – heavy or low-slung equipment too. For motorcycles the chock holds the front wheel; without the chock you have 50 cm less length (210 instead of 260 cm).

Frequently asked questions

What can I transport on the trailer?

Anything that fits into 260 × 155 cm and stays under 500 kg: motorcycles of every class, scooters, quads, ride-on mowers, cargo bikes and similarly bulky equipment. Motorcycles get the full length; objects without the motorcycle chock (quad, ride-on mower) have around 210 cm of usable length. The fit check tells you in seconds whether your specific object fits.

Is this about a trailer for a motorcycle or a bicycle trailer?

A car trailer that you load your vehicle or equipment onto and tow with your car – not a trailer you attach to a bicycle. It is towed via a tow hitch on the car.

Does a ride-on mower or lawn tractor fit too?

Mostly yes. The 500 kg payload is easily enough; what decides it is width (many mowers are around 90 to 120 cm, limit 155 cm) and length (without the motorcycle chock around 210 cm). The tilting design with a 13° ramp angle is made exactly for equipment whose mower deck would otherwise touch down.

Where are the limits?

At a payload of 500 kg. That covers motorcycles, scooters, quads, ride-on mowers, cargo bikes and light compact tractors. Heavy municipal or fully equipped tractors (e.g. large Kubota or Iseki models) are too heavy. Long longtail cargo bikes should be checked for length beforehand. If in doubt, just ask us.

Does your object fit? Check it quickly.

The fit check tells you honestly by weight, length and width whether it fits, with real trailer dimensions.
